Oct 15 2011: Occupy Wall StreetOur government has been illegitimate by our own Constitutional and legal standards here at home since the Robber Barons crushed the Farmer Democracy in the 19th century, and shortly afterward began building their Global Empire and Domestic Police State. We have been a corporate state managing a growing empire for over a century. The transition of the United States from democracy to corporate state has been ignored by generations of "Americans" who have traded in their rights and responsibilities as Citizens in their democratic country for the "pleasures," "profits," and "prestiege" of being a Consumer in a Corporate State. Pursuing these pleasures and profits have been the official terms of "citizenship" for the last 40 years: Obey, consume, and break the "law" for your own selfish personal interests and profit, and the corporate government rewards the big criminals with vast wealth, and the little criminals with "citizenship!" So much for the "Rule of Law" or democratic political principals in the United States. The greedy and corrupt corporations who run our government have heavily reinforced themselves during the last 40 years, not only with vast amounts of wealth and power stolen by destroying the middle-class through illegals and offshoring, but most disturbingly, they have reinforced themselves with people as well. Our corporate government supercharged corporate profits by doubling the population during the last 40 years. The plan was based upon the wise assumption that a flood-tide immigration would dramatically lower wages while raising prices. This plan worked well. The middle-class has been destroyed by cheap labor policies in a 40 year time span. The corporate government's standards of "citizenship" mirror its terms of governance: greedy, corrupt, and compliant "consumers" at best, have been defined by our corporate government as "citizens." People are made "citizens" because they are cheap labor. You can call a pig a "citizen" or a "government," but it's still a pig... Amercian Citizenship is an ideological position based on the political principals established by our founding documents. Citizenship is not justified by the pursuit of material wealth through obedient service to criminal corporations. Cheap illegal labor is not a justification for citizenship. It is a disqualification. Legimate government must operate within the framework of our Consitution's ideological principals to maintain legitimacy. Real citizens are citizens because of their belief in, and support of, our fundamental Constitutional principals. Greed is not one of our fundamental Constitutional principals, and does not qualify anyone for citizenship, despite what our corporate government and the corporate parties say. Neither the terms of legit American government nor of American citizenship have been maintained within the principals or practices of our Constitutinal framework for well over a hundred years. Our government had long ago lost credibility with the majority of the American Citizenry who have been paying attention, and who know the difference between greed and principal, and have the ethics to care. The corporate aristocracy knows how to deal with people who will not cooperate: replace them with people who do, even if that means using foreigners as an economic weapon against their "fellow" citizens. Our corporate aristocracy has used foreigners as a domestic economic and political weapon against the American middle class. The corporate government responded to the unrest of the 1960s by replacing our middle-class citizen's wealth and political power with state-subsidized illegal foreign labor. After the 1970s this trend was supercharged by offshoring our jobs to China. Today the jobs that cannot be moved to China are done by state-subsidized illegal foreign labor in the U.S. Mass immigration is exactly the same method that the Robber Barons used to defeat our Farmer Democracy in the late19th century. Mass immigration is what allowed the Robber Barons to establish the corporate aristocracy that has ruled our country until 1970. Since 1970 our corporate aristocracy has sponsored, and the middle-class has subsidized an even larger massive immigration than that of the 19th century. Unlike the first mass immigration, which fueled the creation of a corporate aristocracy in the United States, this era's mass immigration has fueled the evolution of the corporate aristocracy into the corporate fascist state that now rules the United States today. Personally, I have fought against American intervention in other country's internal affairs. Thus I find the flood of oppertunists to our corporate fascist state repugnant. The political power and wealth these policies have stolen from our middle-class gave the corporate aristocracy the power to make the transition from a corporate aristocracy ruling over the tattered remnants of a democratic society, into a corporate fascist state. That's the endgame of what we've wittnessed during the last 40 years of wildly irresponsible growth: The Birth of the American Corporate Fascist State. As the United States devolved into corporate fascism, we heard little about about this radical transition nor our precipitious economic and social decline from the corporate politicians or their corporate press. The illegals have nothing to say about torture, war, kidnapping, or other government crimes, except that they will trade their "votes" for "citizenship" to whichever party will betray our country to create illegal citizens... otherwise known as "consumers in the corporate fascist state." I find this to be a disgusting spectacle. We citizens who have objected to the government engaging in criminal wars, torture, kidnapping, open domestic corruption, and politically supporting a global web of dictators, corporate states, and kings, while the corporate press applaudes and the public cheers. In the meantime, millions of foreigners pour into the US to get their share of the Loot of the Corporate Empire. This disgusts me. The corporate monopoly of wealth, politics, control of the press, and ownership of their lapdog political parties has continued virtually unchallenged for over one hundred years now. The press has reported on the 40 year long destruction of the American Middle Class and the rise of our globalized corporate fascist empire as a "good thing," that will make everybody rich and happy. Liars. Selling your values never enriches your body or your spirit. At least not for long. The short boost given by stealing other people's rights and resources leads to an extended hangover period. Today, both the domestic wage-slave economy and the global corporate empire are blowing up in their faces. The corporate press and politicians have no way of explaining these failures of the economic and foreign policies, as they've been pushing the gospel of greed down our throats for the past 50 years. Now that their failed system of endless growth has failed, they have nothing else to offer, except to try to re-inflate their failed system of greed. Let me clarify: We've been cheated. Of our rights, of our wealth, and of our country. Now we have no resources to restart the economy itself, let alone reignite the bubble of endless growth. The reality that is happening to the American body politic today is akin to vomiting these bilious lies back into our corporate master's faces. Now American "consumers" are learning first hand that consumers in a corporate state have no rights. They are more like pigs being fattened up for the slaughter than citizens getting ready to restore their republic. Nor do consumers have political power. Nor wealth. Nor education or health. I guess the parity between the Obama and Bush administration's foreign and domestic policies has finally opened your eyes to the fact that these are two different puppets controlled by the same corporate hand. And now slaughtering-time for the consumer pigs has begun...by their own corporate masters of their own party! The Dems are busy plotting how to end Social Security. The Repugs are targeting Medicare. How so very ironic... Both the Dem and Repug politicians are showing their respective voters who they really work for. At this point in time the greed of the corporate government has burned everyone except their corporate masters and their foreign minions. But don't expect that to last long. As soon as the corporate parties and their corporate masters realise that their armies of foreign supporters are more of a political liability than an economic asset they will run them out of the country quite quickly. The consumers in our country are now in the process of learning that they only have the right to toil like obedient 3rd world peasants for their corporate masters. But only the consumers who are especially obedient to the will of their corporate master will maintain employment... And the rest are starting to hit the streets. This trickle will become a flood. The outrage shold reach a very high point in time for the upcoming corporate party nominating conventions. The Occupy movement shows that the American People are finally waking up to the lies of both of the corporate parties and their corporate lap-dog press. But the people stood silent for decades as the corporations first destroyed our democratic polity, and have subsequently remained silent as the corporations have stripped our country's social, economic, political, and natural infrastructures of all of their resources and wealth. Very hard times are here, and they will last for over a decade. Now people are hitting the streets after their greed failed them. If we were hitting the street because of the violations of our democratic principals, I's say we are 40 years too late. We should have acted when the criminals first started instituting their destructive criminal policies, not after these corruptions have corrupted our government and ruined the economy. An honest nation would have prevented these crimes at their inception, not after their repercussions have shattered our lives. The responsibility for the corporate corruption of our government and their subsequent draining of our economy is finally falling on the heads of the corporate bribers who created it, and the rest of us too, even the people who opposed the policies of Corporate Fascism and Global Empire from the very beginning of this American Era, the era of Corporate Fascist America. The real question is, "Will understanding lead to the restoration of our democracy?" It could. The limits on the potential for a radical restoration of our democratic system depend on the potential that this movement has to focus the desires of good people from all political polarities to put aside their superficial policy differences to restore our fundamental democratic forms and rights. No one "faction" or "interest group" is sufficient for this job. We must all come together to restore the fundamental elements of our Constitutional democracy. Conservatives, Liberals, and Radicals can all agree on one fact: Our democracy has been corrupted. It serves each group's fundamental values and interests to come together in force to remove the corporate bribers and money-changers that have corrupted our democracy. Eliminating political bribery and financial control of politics by the corporate aristocracy is the only way legitimate government capable of creating honest policy and law can be restored in the United States. The current system of corruption assures that only corrupt law and policy will eminate from the stinking cesspool of corruption in American politics. The corporate aristocracy and their foreign and domestic political minions have betrayed all Americans in this country excepting only the corporate interests and the foreigners who came to serve them. Corporate America's intense pursuit of naked wealth and power during the last 40 years can offer valuable lessons. Corporate corruption shows why it is vitally important that every one of our citizens put our country's principals and practices before personal profit and personal beliefs. This is of great concern to all the disenfranchised American Citizens, independent of your particular political perspective. The conservatives want their gun rights. The gays want their marriage rights. The women want their reproductive rights. The illegals say they determine who a citizen is... The corporate parties divide us up by "leading" us to take away each other's rights, while both parties steal all the money for their corporate masters as we try to rob each other of our rights. This must stop. We must all protect each other's rights, even if you don't like how the other side is using them. That's what it means to be an American. This highlights the threat of the illegals and their supporters to our most fundamental Constitutional rights and the notion of each American being soveregin. According to the illegals and their supporters no nation has the right to determine who is and is not accepted as a citizen of their country. The illegal decides who a citizen of the United States will be. We now have tens of millions of "citizens" who's only qualification for citizenship was their willingness to break our laws, work cheaper than our own citizens, and make soveregnity and citizenship both based upon providing profits to the employer class. Remember that this position is is widely shared across the corporate Dems and corporate Repug elements of both parties. Advocates of the crimigrants insist that breaking our fundamental Constitutional principals and practices qualifies illegals for instant citizenship. These people are as much of the problem as the greedy corporations they act a labor brokers for. Then, after enough criminals have been made "citizens," these traitors join the corporate government, and provide full subsidized education, medicine, and services to the illegals. The collasping middle-class then gets to subsidize the cheap labor that replaced them. If each ideological group puts restoring the democratic system that legitimizes all of our beliefs, composed of the democratic principals and practices demanded by our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution, and our Bill of Rights, at the top of their "to-do" lists, we will be living in a true American Constitutional Democracy within five years. Now is the Time for every good American to Act in defence of the fundamental principals of our country. This means we must protect each other's rights as American Citizens. Each group must put aside our petty policy differences to confront the historical task we are faced with: Restoring the democratic system that once, and will again, protect all of our different uses of our same Constitutional rights. If the illegals want to join this struggle, they are welcome. They should immediately return home and fight their own American corporate-controlled government, such as in Mexico. They have already played a huge role in supporting corporate control of our government here. Those who say they have the right to citizenship by breaking our fundamental laws of soveregnity are as wrong as the government that rules us by breaking our fundamental laws. The illegals and our criminal government are partners in crime. If these efforts to restore legitimate government fail the Second American Revolution will start in earnest. This revolution will look a lot more like the French and Russian Revolutions than our first Revolution. I can easily see the rich and their lackeys, lobbyists, and political servants assassinated during the revolution, and executed as traitors afterward. Thank god the American Citizenry is very well armed. Our Revolutionary Forefathers were wise to see an armed citizenry woud be required to defend themselves against the foreign and domestic criminals who have taken charge of their government.
