All who wander are not lost...It's been a long time since I've written extensively on politics and economics. That's not a problem, as there's nothing new under the political sun. Wealth continues to concentrate, as debt spirals out of control, and the corrupted markets move enevitably towards their second, and final crash. The environment continues to shift under our load, with strange and powerful freak weather phenomeon becoming commonplace. During my 3 year run actively publishing The CommitteeforDemocracy.org, I comprehensively examined all of these issues, but especially elections, domestic policy formation, foreign policy formation, and economic policy formation. My analysis also encompassed the approach of the Corporate Press to each area of policy formation. The results were consistent across all aspects of policy formation. Corporate and special interest bribery have compromised both parties and all aspects of the legislative process at each level of our government, as well as poisoning the approach and perspective of the so-called "Free Press." This pattern of complete corporate control of political, economic, and media power in the United States is even more powerful today than on Thursday, April 26 2009 when a fire ended active publication of The Committee for Democracy. The behavior of politicians is accurately predicted by the pattern of bribes they accepted from their corporate masters. notes-references general elections, essay elections, list of corruptions domestic policy bribery, list of systemic corruptions foreign policy criminality, list of systemic crimes economic policy corruption, essay list "free press' is the whore of Babaylon, links list History and Evolution of American Corporate Fascism Though corporate corruptions have dominated and distorted American Politics since the 1880s, corporate corruption had been locked in a dynamic interplay with the bruised, tattered remnants of our remaining democratic principals. This is not a question of governmental size or governmental powers, which are "false-flag" arguments often used to distract citizens from the real problem we confront. The vitally important questions concern who controls our government, and how they exercise that control. Until we answer that question, "the people through democratic processes," Corporate power and wealth will continue to control our government through means of bribery and corruption. Not only will we be unable to answer the "size and powers" question honestly under corporate government, the corporate subversion of our sacred democratic institutions has allowed these corporate criminals to commit a continuous stream of domestic and foreign crimes behind the cover of our stolen flag. American Empire This is just the tip of the iceberg of our empire of corporate fascism. Every nation on earth has felt the whip of American Corporate Fascism, not American freedom, as our corporate press describes the actions of our empire. "Victory" at Home The evolution of domestic American Corporate Power has crossed the Rubicon of total corruption. Our domestic political and economic institutions are now antithetical to the most fundamental principals and practices laid out in our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. The citizens of our country no longer control our government. The greediest people in the world now fully control our government. They Won The domestic struggle between Constitutional or Corporate rule is over, and the forces of greed, the forces of corporate wealth and power have "won." Our corporate elite and their servants have established the uncontested ascendancy of corporate power and wealth over our democratic polity, our economy, our "free press," and these criminals have even managed to warp the very character of the average individual in our society. The individual social values and responsibilities of American Democratic Citizenship have been replaced by those of a consumer by over two-thirds of our population. The Real Numbers: Occupy This The 99% and the 1%? Hogwash. At least 32% of our population is dedicated to the pursuit of wealth and power by serving those who currently monopolize the wealth and political power of our nation. Fully 50% of the "American " population will salute, serve, and obey whichever of the corporate parties fulfills their consumer desires. It matters little if the voter chooses the right-wing Repug neocons, or the "left-wing" Democrap free-trade globalists, as represented by Bush and Obama, both parties are completely bribed by corporate and special interests, and 50% of our population will serve whichever party butters their bread. My accounting puts 88% of the American population in service to corruption, dedicated to consumption. 88% of the population is swayed and deluded by corrupted corporate political parties that are two fingers on the same hand. The Dems and Repugs are nothing more than reflections of the "corporate left" and the "corporate right," both are throughly bribed, and neither reflect or represent the values, needs, and interests of the citizens of this country, who are their legitimate constituents. Whichever wing of the corporate parties that the voter chooses, right or left, Democrap or Repugnant, they are voting for representatives who have already been spoken for, representatives whom have already been bought and paid for by corporate and special interest bribery. Replacing democratic principals and practices with greed and corruption assured that wealth will be short-term, while the loss of our principals will be haunt our children's children. Wealth based on corruption lasts not long and benefits very few. Greed has no future, and can only provide short-term momentary pleasure. These are old lessons the wise understand, that good people must follow, and that the greedy must constantly re-learn. Half of our "citizens" don't care about our democratic principals or our children's future. They will support whoever feeds their immediate greed, keeping them fat and happy. Those days are over, suckers. Now it's time to pay the piper. The corporations have drained our country of its national wealth, drained our people of their wealth, and pissed-off our stolen wealth by damaging the very markets they used to steal and concentrate our. WHY OCCUPY? Their jobs disappeared. Wages for labor had already plunged to third-world levels starting 40 years ago, but accelerated radically since thirty years ago, when the democraps decided to trade citizenship for votes, and provide cheap labor for their corporate masters while gathering foreigner's political support to fuel their attack on our middle-class democracy. Exactly like the 1880s. The only problem is that the corporates did not back off before the situation totally imploded, as they did prior to the crash of 1929. Immigration was was ended in 1924, not to start again until America had formed a middle-class that again needed to be destroyed, and the wealth of a nation that again needed to be stolen. Immigrants were the corporation's weapon of choice then, as now. Where were the "occupiers" when our democracy was stolen? Enjoying the rewards of living big at the center of a corporate fascist empire, supporting the illegals who robbed them of their rights and wealth. How's that working out now, now that the results of these "policies" are clear? We did not magically appear in the desperate circumstances we find our democracy and economy in today. We walked here step by step, policy crime by policy crime, all lubricated and fueled by massive political bribery. Today there are no jobs for illegals or yuppies. There is no informal work, except that already "occupied" by state subsidized and state protected illegals. There is no professional work that cannot be done cheaper offshore. This is also a situation that is 40 years old, that the occupiers have supported for decades. How'd that work out for you? It's funny how the Democrats and Republicans share the same policies on war, immigration, offshoring our jobs. The Dems and Repugs both support foreign and domestic economic policies that have reduced the middle-class to third-world wage and labor conditions. It gets even worse. Bi-Partisan Traitors These bi-partisan pieces of treachery exposes the corporate fascist root shared by both parties. These parties only differ by how they split the population by threatening the other side's rights. The dems will take away guns, the repugs will take away womens and gay rights. The parties split and distract us by threatening our various rights while join forces to steal the wealth and honor of our nation. Neither party, nor any citizen has the right to deny other citizens their rights. Unless you are a corporate politician. From them you will learn that your rights have to be purchased by bribing the corporate politician, or they will be sacrificed to political or economic expediency. Parties and political "leaders" that mutually loot our treasury while trading off our various Constitutional rights for popularity points deserve the fate that the French Revolution brought to its corrupted aristocracy. The Chickens have Come Home to Roost The corporate domestic and foreign policies of the last 40 years have finally and completely impoverished our average citizens, and we have few options. How's that global elite and endless cheap labor working out for you now, you supposed "Americans?" Our "citizens" have very satisfied with the corporate state. Americans went on an extended shopping spree during the 90's and the first few years of the new century. Until the dot-com bubble burst. No problem. The Democraps and the Repugnants kept the party going with housing, financial, market, and banking bubbles. The illegals and foreigners love it. The only qualification for Amercian citizenship was lowered down to greed and opportunism by any means necessary. No messy values or principals to "get in the way" of profits. Hell, they loved what it had done to our country and the world, until it turned on them, and ate them. Well, it has not turned on the illegals and foreigners yet, it has only turned on our own citizens. About 30% of the false wealth, the "bubble wealth" of the middle-class disappeared in an instant in early October of 2008. It's ironic that those who broke our Constitution and took the law into their own hands are going to be the ones who cry the most for its protections when we come for them. The fact is that our corporations could not have turned on the world until they had already defeated our democracy here. The sad fact is that there is no shortage of foreigners willing to serve corporate greed and the American Corporate Fascist State either here, or under our dictator in their country, no matter what our Constitution says. Our Constitution is not important to the foreigners, the illegals, or the traitors who have forced them upon us. Money is. Let's see the occupiers address the real processes of greed that have destroyed our democracy and looted our country. Then you better be ready to say bye-bye to both corporate rule and their leigons of domestic and foreign minions who facilitated the destruction of the rule of law and the subsequent transfer of the nation's wealth to the top... Today the corporate elite and their foreign and domestic minions have once again finished looting our country, much as they did last time. The message I have for the occupiers is "TOO LATE." Our environment has been looted, our resources drained, our infrastructure destroyed, and our democracy gutted. This is the same shit that happened between 1880 and 1929, when mass immigration was first trumpeted by the Robber Barons as the basis of American Identity and validity. As during this era, the Gilded Age ended in a big crash, but not until it had given birth to a criminal aristocracy. An American is not longer a citizen of a democratic state, they are an " illegal immigrant" in a corporate fascist consumer state. Wow. Our forefather's democratic revolution, our political principals and practices, our whole political history and legasy, flushed down the toilet. This shift in identity is only the superficial manifestation of a much deeper change. The rule of law under democratic process and principals was replaced by the rule of individuals. And the identity of the individual was shifted as well. Individuals were no longer defined as citizens with rights and responsibilities, they are now defined as a foreigner motivated by greed. The change in American identity from that of a citizen to that of a crimigrant or an "immigrant" willing to serve our corrupted government marked the point where the greed of the individual has displaced democratic principal as the fundamental unit of American social identity. This "immigrant" propaganda, matched with the reality of personal greed and supercharged by the attendant mass immigration has now been used twice by the corporate elite as their most powerful weapon against our citizens and their rights. Mass immigration first displaced our Farmer Democracy between 1880 and 1924, and mass immigration has been the handmaiden of corporate fascism from 1970 through the present day. Same old Scam, New Era The foreigners who come here know exactly what we are, corporate consumers in a corporate fascist state, and have sworn loyalty to the greedy who have subverted our government for their piece of "the American dream." And now this piece of crap is in full collapse, and people are finally hitting the streets. I guess hunger is a good reason to finally wake up, long after the limits of ethics, decency, and democracy were violated. In the past we had civil unrest when our rights and liberties were violated. That era is lost. Today, we have civil unrest when consumer's dreams of grasping for wealth, greed, and power in an established global corporate empire turn into a nightmare for the "citizens" at home... Gee, what went wrong? Why isn't the corporate fascist state providing justice? Gee, says the occupier, I'm so surprised and upset that corporate corruption and greed does not pay off... Back to the numbers... My count of the "American" population puts 32% of the population in active service to the principals and practices of greed, actively serving "the 1%," with an additional 50% of the population serving anyone who pays them. 8% of our population hold the values necessary for citizenship, and none of them are in business or government. Occupy Wall Street Where were these people when our government was bribed into submission, our jobs were shipped overseas, and millions upon millions of illegal foreigners and the boot-licking minions of our foreign dictators were brought in to destroy the middle class? I'll tell you where they were. The looting of our country was preordained when these idiots traded the fundamental principals of our country for the lies of the greedy and corrupt, to satisfy their own personal greed and ego. The result of this witch's brew of greed, corporate corruption, wars and massive immigration was the final breakdown of our Constitutional democracy. The separation of the wealth of our country from our people was assured when we lost the "fairness" that our Constitutional system enshrines. That happened a long time ago, in the 1880s on the backs of the last massive immigration. Good people from then until now have failed to nip these criminals in the bud. Most have been bought off, the rest silenced. The corporations and their political and press mouthpieces assured us that giving up our rights and democratic checks and balances was required to make us all rich, that illegals would serve and extend our luxury, and the only principal of importance in life was that of their assets, loans, and various financial scams. Everything would always grow, grow in size, population, value, wealth, gratification, and power. That is the very air we breathe, the water we swim in, and composes the basic social assumptions that underlays the justification of our corporate elite. What a bunch of crap. Over 75% of our people drank this koolaid of "greed-endless growth-bribery and corruption," and called it good. In public. In the meantime they imported millions and millions of people who totally agreed with this traitorus line of crap. That's the current basis of citizenship in America. The people who came here and swore allegience to the corporate criminals who hijacked the American Government have some "splaining" to do. Go serve the rich tyrants in your own fucking country. We have to control or kill ours here, so why the fuck are foreigners tolerated serving, enriching, and empowering our criminals, corporate fascist state, and otherwise empower our own criminal system? The current circumstances we are facing today were assured when our political, Free Press, and economic elites were dominated by a corporate elite, and able to use their politial and economic assets to transform enough of our citizens into adherents of the corporate elite, consumers, and adherents of empire. I call bullshit on this whole scam. This chapter of the final destruction of our democracy began in the 1960s, and it has not yet ended, even after the corporate criminals and their foreign and domestic allies have subverted our polity, drained our economy, and have destroyed the middle-class all while driving our lives deep into grinding third-world poverty. Oh, and our fundamental rights as Americans were flushed down the toilet... with the illegals and immigrants cheering... It is time to shoot the rich along with their political and economic servants. This is the logical and predictable result of allowing the greedy to capture our government, our press, and control our society. If you did not see it when it was happening you intentionally blinded yourself to our common responsibilities with your own material self-interest or belief. America is about tolerating the beliefs of others, NOT imposing them on your fellow citizens, be they "laws" against guns, gays, or abortions. Each of these impositions is an insult against all of our rights, and imposing illegals is tantamount to saying the Americans have no rights and no soveregnity over their own nation. And here we are. Obama just changed back into "Campaign Obama," the guy who promised us so much during the last election, and did so little. Now he tells us the "People who PLAY BY THE RULES..." should be rewarded, while out of the other side of his mouth he tell the Crimigrants, the Illegals in this country, that they and their employers will be rewarded for not "playing by the rules," for breaking the most fundamental assertion of American soveregnity, citizenship. No, valid American Citizenship is not based on work, greed, serving the rich, or sneaking into our country. Citizenship is based on holding, believing in, and practicing the principals in our Constitution. It is our "rule of law," and millions of criminals, and many millions of people who are enemies of our most fundamental democratic principals have been made "citizens" by our current illegitimate government and the corporate parties who subverted it. Like his corporate masters, and his predecessor Bush, Obama speaks in glowing terms about American rights and values while he disgraces both. The way out of the complexities of this mess is quite clear: I suggest that all "Occupiers" who chafe at the "unfairness," all "Occupiers" who have been robbed by the systamatic corruption that collapsed the housing market, all who are denied basic access to health and education, all who are facing a grim retirement, or no retirement at all, must all put aside their specific differences to address the common source of the wide range of crimes our illegal government has committed against all of them. We must sweep the money-changers out of our polity. We must restore our constitutional democracy. We must cut the flow of bribery from the top down, and prevent every candidate for office in this country from accepting more "contributions" (BRIBES) from special interests outside of their constituiency than from the actual voters in their election. Occupy-Organize I suggest that the Occupy Movement organize for two goals. First, that the Occupy Movements within each state should coordinate on drafting an initative or law that will end political bribery by all special interests by making it illegal to accept more money in outside bribes than from local constituients in their states. Second, the Occupy Movement would be well served by declaring their national goal to be ridding our national government of the corruption and bribery that has de illegitimized it by first forming a Congressional law and then a Constitutional Amendment to protect the right of petition by separating the right of petition from the accompanying bribes. No problem with the right to petition, but if the petition has a check attached to it, it is a bribe and both the giver and taker should be put in prison or shot. If the Occupy Movement wants economic, social, and political fairness it would be well served by directly targeting the source of unfairness, the destruction of our our Constitutional democracy and it principals and practices. The movement is currently wandering around, speaking to a host of seemingly divergent "unfairnesses." All of the political and economic crimes of our corporate elite and their minions are founded on the core unfairness: corrupting our democracy through bribery. Let's stop our wandering about, and all of us set our compass towards the North Star of democracy, of our Constitutional American Democracy. The destination of our movement must be to end the bribery and corruption dominating our society, first in the political sphere, so that we can end corporate control of our country, regain local control of the press, and concretely punish the corporate criminals who have dismantled our democracy. This is the only way to democratically address the housing, health, employment, and crimigrant problems that these bastards have brought down on our heads We must restore our Constitutional Democracy to fix the problems its corruption and corruptors have brought down upon our country. Without an honest central position to bring together and direct the power of reform to clean out the cesspool of American politics, and bring the corporations back under the control of the people, we will begin to see individual and groups of patriots forming up to take out the rich and their servants. It is long past time that patriots have been completely justified in shooting the corporate leadership that provides the funds and mans the lobbying apparatus that determines the outcome of all law and policy in our country. The rich and their political and economic servants have hijacked our government and shattered our Constitutional system and democratic process. The greedy must be removed from political control of our nation. Lobbyists, mid-level businessmen to CEOs, politicians, and their minions are getting pretty nervous right now. And for good reason. The Corporate Fascist State will not give up their criminal wealth and power without a fight, and those of their minions who cannot afford blackwater security and gated communities are exposed, and going to be getting picked off, if I read the American population correctly. If I am correct, Restoring Democracy in American is going to happen, if it means peaceful political reform or bloody revolution. In any case, we don't have much time left to do this peacefully. Our economy, hell the whole world economy and the global environment is unbalanced, unstable, and is going to increasingly punish us for decades, if not hundreds of years. Our situation is turning rapidly and radically worse, and unless we can quickly restore political balance in our country our national and global instabilities are going to finish delivering a chaotic third world reality to the majority of Americans. Broken Deal: The Basis of Government "Citizenship" Talk the American Citizenship talk, walk the American Citizenship walk, and put your country's principals before your personal profit, and you are an American Citizen. Big Surprises Coming I see these kids moving to act as the vanguard of the Next American Revolution, as soon as they are inspired by real American principals.
