Are the occupation of Iraq and LA the same thing?

The LA times reported that our Assembly leader Fabian Nunez, stepped into the fight to represent and protect the right of American corporations, in this case "American" Apparel to employ state subsidized illegal foreigners to  subsidize their profits. Nunez's actions make one thing perfectly clear about his whole tenure in politics: Nunez represents illegal mexicans and corporations, neither of which have a legitimate voice in our democracy.

Strangely, Nunez is typical of the politicians who support the illegal American invasion of Iraq, who also approve of the illegal invasion of our country by crimigrants. To put it plainly, an "American" politician who represents foreigners and corporations is a traitor. This brings up an interesting question in my mind:

Are the occupation of Iraq and LA the same thing?
Alex Wierbinski, Berkeley, Ca., May 1, 2008

It is time to for good citizens to rise up and crush the illicit alignment between crimigrants, illegitimate politicians, and abusive corporations who have joined forces to make the only qualification for American citizenship the willingness to run the border and obediently serve their corporate masters.

It is among the most basic of the sovereign rights of every nation on the planet to determine who may join their body politic. Corporate America has decided that citizenship is based on economics, rather than ethics.  Thus our corporate government has decided that political questions, like labor conditions, will be determined by the poverty of the cheapest peasants our corporations can flood our nation with, rather than a political deal between employers and employees.
Our corporate politicians will decide the question of wage and labor conditions by flooding our state, our jobsites, our schools, and our hospitals with illegal cheap foreign labor.

Both political parties are each predominately funded by corporate bribes, and both produce law and policy the serves the corporate interest to maintain their flow of bribes that keeps them in office. This simple fact, that corporate bribes runs politics, explains the main source of the majority of the dangerous, incompetent, and corrupt legislation that our Assembly and Congress produces. Nunez's combination of two forms of related corruption, the corporate bribe and the crimigrant, is a brilliant combination of political  trechery and corruption.

The unholy alliance between crimigrants, corporations, and corrupt politicians that Fabian Nunez is fronting for is one of the main domestic engines of political corruption. Using crimigrants to transfer the wealth of the middle class to the top levels of American society has generated and concentrated economic profits and political powers that are an insult to our democracy and to our rights as Americans.

The replacement of our democratic process with political bribery has allowed our corporations to loot the wealth and resources of this state, our country, and unify enough wealth and power to take a shot at imposing their corporate empire on the whole world.

Ironically, the corporations and corporate politicians are using the same justifications for flooding LA with crimigrants as they are using to justify invading and occupying Iraq: the American fascist concept that we constitute a "Better Way of Life." Our self-recognition of our "better way of life" is short hand for exactly  the same type of  superiority complex that  the Nazi and Jap fascist states used to justify their invasions of "less-fit" countries during the middle of the last century, just as we are doing to Iraq today.

This type of superiority puts us above the rest of the world, who do not have a "better way of life." It allows us to  recognize no borders, no laws, or other limits to the power of our superior way of life. It allows our politicians and corporations to also ignore our own constitution and laws. No country is safe from being invaded or manipulated to serve our corporation's lust for profits and power, especially our own.

Neither the crimigrants, our corporations, nor our corrupted politicians recognize the right of any country to determine its own identity, define their own terms of citizenship, and regulate their affairs of state through their own democratic process. And the crimigrants here are great allies in the corporation's attempts to set aside our citizen's democratic rights here in the US.

According to Nunez, citizenship is devoid of principal, is merely a function of economics, and is solely contingent on the crimigrant's willingness to break our laws to obey and serve the corporate boss's greed. In a nutshell, if the crimigrant agrees to pursue a "better way of life' through obedience and service to our corporate state, Nunez is willing to grant citizenship. According to Nunez' definition of citizenship, Nunez has marked himself as a traitor to our country and Constitution, and Nunez presents a clear and present danger to our rights and privileges as citizens.

To put it clearly, if  Nunez is actually a citizen, he is a traitor

The dirty relationship between corrupted politicians like Fabian Nunez, other crimigrants, and corporate power has displaced the power of our citizens to exercise their democratic rights, or determine who makes the laws and policies for the general welfare of our citizens. In Nunez's world, the crimigrants and corporations are the source of American legitimacy.

On the economic front, Fabian says cutting off illegal labor will spark a recession. That's rich. The opposite is actually true: during the last 20 years of irresponsible growth and out of control crimigration, corporate profits and asset growth has been based on destroying the economic and political clout of the American middle-class, and has been based on spreading debt and poverty across our state. Fabian's crimigrants have already put the American middle-class into a 15 year recession by acting as agents for the corporations to steal our middle-class' wages, services, and resources.

Our middle-class is gone, plunged into third-world poverty. The place of the honorable middle class worker has been taken by a low wage crimigrant. The middle-class schools have been transformed into day care for crimigrant children. Our public hospitals and emergency rooms have closed under the flood tide of crimigrants.

The growth in corporate profits during the last 15 years has been based on stealing the wealth and social institutions of our middle and working classes. It appears that Fabian's life of luxury has made him insensitive to the long recession the American working class has experienced as his crimigrant and corporate constituiency have stolen their rights and social assets during the last 15 years. Thanks alot, traitor.

Fabian's life of pampered corporate bribes and luxury has blinded him to the fact that his crimigrant constituency has sucked the economic and political power out of the American middle class, and has already brought down a recession onto the heads of the American working class that has already lasted for 15 years.

Nunez' position is clear: unless illegals can be used to drive down wages, unless we allow corporations like American Apparel to break the border and spread poverty across California, unless we use our state's assets to subsidize the crimigrant labor who have gutted our wages, destroyed our schools, closed our emergency rooms, and bankrupted our public hospitals, we will have a recession.

Crimigrants like Fabian, working with our corporate traitors, have already smashed our democracy and impoverished the American working class. It is stunning that they have the audacity to launch this public propaganda campaign advertising their criminal conspiracy to defy our laws, steal our money and rights, and continue to promote the irresponsible growth that has already destroyed our natural and social infrastructures.

If Nunez wants to represent Mexicans, he should reverse migrate his traitor ass back to Mexico. I have a rail he can ride out of the state, and a nice tie that will look real good on him.

What Fabian and American Apparel are really saying is that unless the American middle and working classes are willing to work for mexican slave wages and accept poverty and abject obedience as their lot in life, Fabian's crimigrant constituency would disappear, American Apparel would disappear, and Fabian's corporate sponsors would no longer be able to provide him and his party with the bribes they use to stay in power, and live their lives of outrageous luxury.

Wow. Fabian Nunez has come out of the closet and admitted that his real constituency and power base is crimigrants and criminal corporations.

Let's stop the speaker of the Assembly and his corporate masters from breaking the law. Let's strip Fabian of his crimigrant political base, and strip American Apparel of their state subsidized crimigrant labor force. If Fabian and American Apparel are not allowed to continue to profit from betraying our country, they will lose their hold on political and economic power.

Gee, what a shame that would be.

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask what the crimigrants think about our invasion of Iraq. I wonder what they think about our program of kidnapping, secret prisons, and torture? How do they feel about Gitmo? If they love the corporations and corporate politicians who have betrayed our country so much, let's send all the crimigrants to Iraq and Afghanistan to rebuild iraq and make it safe for democracy. Just like they are doing here.

It is clear that our politicians and corporations prefer crimigrants who are willing to work cheap, obey, and empower and support all of their political, war, and economic crimes. We would live in a different country, one with water, energy, rights and education, if our government was held to account by American citizens who demand their just rights as American Citizens.

Just like it was before this last immigration, the corporate fascist immigration, sucked the wealth and political power out of the American middle and working classes.
